I love to bake muffins, they are so quick and easy and always taste great! They're also really handy to freeze (not only to keep them fresh but also to stop me eating too many on day 1!)

My favourites include my Spiced Pear Muffins and these easy Chocolate Orange Muffins. If you make the latter, you can make them extra naughty by topping them with this incredible Chocolate Orange Buttercream. YUM!
