Nettle Recipes

If you've never cooked with stinging nettles, you're missing out!

Packed with nutrients and so prolifically invasive that your neighbours will be delighted with your new foraging antics, this wonderful ingredients can be used just like spinach.

A great place to start is with this Nettle soup recipe. Also, take a look at this DIY Green Superfood Powder that you can add to soups, gravies, smoothies and bakes to get a great hit of green goodness all year round (this makes a great little gift too!).

And if you're interested in the benefits of wild plants and herbs, check out my article on collecting Stinging Nettle Seeds. It walks you through how to gather them, and why you'd want to!
