When it comes to traybake recipes, here's my favourites...

My most famous recipe is for The Best Flapjack Recipe in the Whole Wide World. Ever! (and 12 years later I haven't found a better recipe yet!)

There's also a Healthy Flapjack recipe that is much lighter in calories, and this Easy Almond Slice recipe which makes a great packed lunch treat.
