  • 12 rose petals perfect
  • 275 ml sparkling elderflower
  • 1/2 tsp rosewater

Instructions
to make the rose petal ice cubes

  1. Half fill an ice cube tray with water.

    Place a rose petal in each cube, then freeze for an hour or so, until the petal is anchored by the water.

    Then top up with more water and freeze fully.

  1. Fill a tall glass with rose petal ice cubes and pour over the rosewater.
  2. Top up gently with the sparkling elderflower and enjoy.
