Ingredients
3
slices
of smoky bacon
Big handful of chopped onion
Big handful of mixed peppers
Sprinkle of chopped chilli and garlic to taste

cooked rice
defrosted

cooked prawns
defrosted

chargrilled chicken
defrosted
Soy sauce
sweet chilli, lime wedges and coriander to sauce to serve
Instructions
Chop and fry the bacon until well cooked.
Add in the onion, peppers, chilli and garlic and stir fry until cooked through.
Add in the other ingredients and heat through well.
Serve hot with some soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce added to taste.
