Mash the bananas in a bowl (get your hands in there, it's strangely satisfying)
Stir in everything else, mix it all up and let stand for about 15 minutes.
Next the recipe (pulled from a magazine years ago so sorry, can't credit it) says to drop desert spoonfuls onto a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Personally, I haven't had much luck in the past making these as cookies so I always make them in a greased, square cake pan as a traybake. Try whichever way you fancy.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top. Take out of the oven & let cool and then enjoy a little piece of damn healthy heaven :)
