Let’s hear it for the start of chilli season!
Boy have I missed these fiery little blighters. We’ve had dried ones and frozen ones to keep us amused, however as with most things in this world, they taste heaps better fresh.
To mark these momentous day in my year, my lunch consisted of pan seared salmon and Jalepeno noodles, drizzled with Tahini & Soy sauce.

The hottest chillies I’ve ever had…….
Last years were pretty intense Maz, these are nice and mild though. Thankfully! :)
Sadly chillies don’t do well for me…
They don’t grow well, or don’t stomach well? Either way, I’m sad for you! x
